Closed Cell Spray Foam insulation was sprayed directly to the underside of the concrete soffits at a thickness of 170mm to achieve the required U Value of 0.14, Closed-cell was the perfect product for use in this case as its in-situ installation meant it could provide seamless coverage eliminating air leakage.
