The Project

The requirement for a Class 1 Insulation to the underside of the soffit.

The Solution

Closed-cell spray foam insulation was applied to the underside of the soffit to the required depth of 90mm. It is paramount with these buildings that all services and cables are fully protected from overspray beforehand. Our Polyurethane closed cell spray foam insulation has a Class 1 rating with regards to the surface spread of flame.
